Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we were unable to award grants in person and capture photos of the educators accepting their grant award notice. We do however have some great photos to share of the students that benefited from them. We will add photos and project details as we receive them!
“Sunrise Skaters”- Mark Misgen, Julie Nasvik, Keith Lockwood - Sunrise Park Middle School. This grant provided the PE department at Sunrise Middle School with approximately 35-40 pairs of ice skates to use on the outdoor ice rink during PE class. Photos featured here are Sunrise students enjoying some time out on the ice on a cold but sunny day in January 2022.
