Please submit the Char Cady Grant Evaluation Summary below. Write a few paragraphs in response to each statement. Please email photos and/or videos to info@wblaef.org.

Option 2:

If you prefer, instead of a written evaluation summary, you may attend a WBLAEF Board meeting and give a presentation to the WBLAEF Board summarizing your experience and how this grant has benefited your class and you as an educator. Please call at the Foundation Office to schedule your presentation at 651-407-7696 or send and email to info@wblaef.org.
